The flowers of our footprints
It´s Seva, a service for bees and other insects, it´s Seva for the surviving of many life forms of the upcoming generations. Through a beautiful way, this work also throws up the ethic or philosophical question, what we left behind with our footprints on this earth and how these footprints get to bloom. With this work, I want to integrate art in public environment, so that it becomes a sustained function for the next generations.
For me, it´s Land-Art in a limited form, because I literally want to go new ways. My intention is not only to show beauty, design or symbolism. The question at heart is to make lasting changes through art, to make a difference and to serve the generations to come. This project will show where the path leads us and how this project will transform itself.
Die Blumen unserer Fußabdrücke
Es ist Seva, also ein Dienst für die Bienen und andere Insekten, es ist Seva für das Überleben vieler Lebewesen der kommenden Generationen. Die Arbeit wirft auch durch eine schöne Art, die ethische oder philosophische Frage auf, was wir mit unseren Fußabdrücken auf diesem Planeten eigentlich hinterlassen und auf welche Weise diese Fußabdrücke erblühen. Mit dieser Arbeit integriere ich Kunst im öffentlichen Raum so, dass sie eine nachhaltige Funktion für die kommenden Generationen hat.
Für mich ist es nur noch bedingt „Land-Art“, denn ich will neue Wege gehen, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Ich will nicht nur etwas verschönern, gestalten oder versinnbildlichen, ich will etwas sehr wichtiges in Frage stellen, mit Kunst nachhaltig etwas verändern, etwas bewegen und den kommenden Generationen dienen. Dieses Projekt ist ein Anfang. Wohin der Weg uns führt und wie sich das Projekt „verformt“, wird sich zeigen… |
